Subcontractors Information
Building relationships with our subcontractors is very important to us. No successful project can be completed without your help. We hand select subcontractors for each bid opportunity to ensure that our clients get the best quality project at the most competitive prices.
We are always looking for well-qualified trades people to work with. If you’d like to be part of our team, please send email to info@kbbuildersinc.com and request our subcontractor prequalification form.
KB Builders Inc. Subcontractor Agreement
KB Builders Inc. requires that all subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) agree to the following terms, in writing, before they begin work on any remodeling project.
Professional Conduct
We will not smoke inside the customer’s home.
We will not use foul language on the jobsite.
We will not use alcohol or drugs on the jobsite.
Our radios will be played at a reasonable noise level, so as not to disturb the customer.
We will respect the client’s property, including telephones, bathrooms, parking spaces, etc.
Job Standards
All our work clothes will be neat and clean.
The job mess will be kept to a minimum.
At the end of each day we will place all trash in receptacles and the site will be left “broom clean.”
While on the jobsite we will abide by all OSHA safety regulations.
We will arrive at the customer’s home at a reasonable hour and either complete the job or put in a full day’s work.
We will inform KB Builders Inc. of any changes to the agreed work schedule, at least one hour before the original report time.
Licenses & Warranties
We have all the appropriate licenses required for our trade.
We carry both workmen’s compensation and general liability insurance.
We will warranty all work and materials supplied for one full year.
